ThermShell Series Prefabricated Aerogel Insulation Tube Shell is our newly developed insulation material composed of nanoporous silica(SiO2) aerogel as the core material, and a variety of inorganic fibers. It can be customized and prefabricated to required sizes and installed directly on the pipes without any manual cutting or wrapping, thus, saving a lot of labor costs. Its thermal conductivity is extremely low and it can withstand high temperatures up to 650℃.
