With excellent heat insulation and buffering performance, ThermThin Series Thin Aerogel Thermal Barriers are mainly used for thermal protection between lithium-ion power battery cells, and they can effectively prevent thermal runaways of the cells and greatly improve the driving safety of new energy vehicles.
When one of the cells suffers from thermal runaway, the thin aerogel thermal barrier between the cells can block the heat transfer to the adjacent cells and prevent heat diffusion, thereby avoiding the domino effect of the thermal runaway of the new energy power battery cells.
